Radiohead's groundbreaking album Kid A was released on October 2, 2000. With its quirky song structures, use of electronic elements and dystopian lyrics, it was like a premonition of the future.

Twenty years later, the experimental string quintet Wooden Elephant is re-recording Kid A. The ensemble's composer Ian Anderson has previously worked with the London Symphony Orchestra and Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood.

In collaboration with Daniel Abbot, I created a futuristic, unsettling visual identity for this album vaguely influenced by sci-fi writers such as JG Ballard.
